Privacy & Local Data
Quest Quarter works in your browser. You do not need an account, and we do not run a server that stores your quest.
What is saved on your device
When you create a quest, your browser saves it so you can come back later: your choices (goal, length, daily time, and intensity), the daily tasks, your progress, and any notes or rewards you typed.
This is kept in your browser's local storage, on this device only.
What we do not do
We do not send what you type (your reason, rules, rewards, or reminders) to us or to anyone else. There are no accounts, no ads, and no AI services. This site does not currently load any analytics or tracking scripts.
Share links
A share link contains only the quest setup: goal, length, daily time, intensity, and whether Grace Days are on. It never includes your notes, rewards, or progress. The person who opens it starts their own quest.
Printing
Print and Save as PDF happen in your browser. Your personal notes and rewards are included only if you tick the box before printing.
Fonts and files
The pages, styles, and fonts all come from this same site. Your browser does not contact Google or other font services.
Delete your data
Use "Delete my local quest data" at the bottom of your quest, or clear this site's data in your browser settings. Deleting cannot be undone.
Good to know
If you clear your browser data, use private browsing, or switch devices, your quest will not be there. Quest Quarter does not keep a backup.
Like most websites, the host that delivers these pages may keep basic technical logs, such as the pages requested and the IP address. Those logs do not include what you type in the app.
